Solvari is excited to welcome Rob Lederman to its team. With 30 years of experience in manufacturing, he brings a wealth of expertise that will help bring automation and efficiency to Solvari’s assembly line. In addition, Mr. Lederman has worked for several startups, which we believe will allow him to integrate well with our “get it done” culture.

Mr. Lederman’s diverse skill set spans product innovation, R&D, coding, manufacturing, electrical systems, supply chain, robotics, AI, and facilities planning. He has extensive experience leading global teams of engineers and cross-functional groups managing as many as 12 direct reports. During his tenure as Senior Engineer at Dell, Mr. Lederman led a global innovations and design standards program that reduced costs by more than $4M through shortened project timelines, and improved power plant performance through world-class engineering and system integration.

When asked about Solvari's role in the evolving solar market, Mr. Lederman remarked, “In my opinion, Solvari is a leading-edge solar panel system: I’ve never seen anything like it. I’ve watched many solar installations and seen how it takes days with other hardware. What Solvari has is exciting, and that’s coming from someone who has helped commercialize a lot of different technologies.”

 

When asked about his decision to join Solvari’s team, Mr. Lederman stated, “Mr. Truthseeker is very smart, knows a lot and has accomplished a lot. I feel that with what I can bring to the table from a manufacturing perspective we can take it even further to increase the company’s throughput while cutting costs. The last thing the person in the factory sees is the first thing the customer sees. I am joining Solvari to build the processes and procedures necessary to ensure product consistency. That way our customers will only see the highest quality product every time, which I believe will keep them coming back for more.” 

 

Mr. Lederman will lead the implementation and optimization of Solvari’s automated manufacturing line as well as their QAQC, and shipping and receiving processes.
