Solvari White Glove Support does not include support for products, components, or services not related to the system outlined in the system proposal. In addition, while Solvari’s support team will provide guidance to the best of our abilities and knowledge, Solvari, its employees, affiliates, consultants, contractors, or anyone working on Solvari’s behalf will not be responsible for any aspect of the advice. The Buyer agrees to be solely responsible for all safety and code compliance for any of the work done under this support contract. Solvari highly recommends that all support suggestions provided under this service are confirmed by a local electrician prior to execution on any suggestion.
Solvari does not provide any guarantees that by purchasing Solvari White Glove or Solvari Installation Support that the system will be installed to code or will meet AHJ requirements. Code compliance and permit approvals are the responsibility of the homeowner and those who install the system. NEC guidelines and other relevant building codes supersede any direction from Solvari either as part of this support service or in any other capacity. In addition, the installation instructions of the products supersede any direction or suggestion from Solvari employees, consultant, affiliate, or any other representative. Solvari is not liable for damages, personal injury, or death that may occur due to direction from Solvari or due to actions taken while on the phone or in a video call with a Solvari representative.
